Hannah Kendrick
Partner
Hannah leads our Corporate Practice in Leeds and has a wide range of experience advising both public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, takeovers, restructurings and reorganisations. She also leads the Food and Drink Sector group for EMEA.
Her work varies between UK and cross border and she works closely with executives, in-house legal teams and general counsel both in the UK and globally.
Hannah also leads the team focusing on the “G” of ESG and is a member of the Regional Advisory Group of the London Stock Exchange plc for the North East.

- Advising the shareholders of eCube Solutions Limited on the sale to Baird Capital.
- Advising Kooth plc on its admission to the AIM market of the LSE with a market cap of £66 million.
- Advising Tissue Regenix Group plc on its placing and primary bid retail offer.
- Advising Xeros Technology Group plc on various placings, open offer and primary bid retail offer.
- Advising 2 Sisters Food Group on the £67 million disposal of the Matthew Walker business.
- Advising Animalcare Group plc on its £135 million reverse takeover and cross-border acquisition of Ecuphar NV and related placing (covering France, the UK, Belgium, Germany, Portugal, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain).
- Advising the shareholders of Park Leisure 2000 Limited on the £103 million sale to Midlothian Capital.
- Advising the shareholders of Chaucer Foods on the £130 million sale to Nagatanien.
- Advising Applied Graphene Materials plc on various placings and open offers.
