  • Acting on the AU$463 million sale of the nine-hectare Woolworths headquarters at Bella Vista, New South Wales, to a Singapore-based REIT, after having previously advised the same client with its initial purchase of the site.
  • Acting for domestic and international institutional funds and investors in connection with direct and indirect structured investment in Australian real estate and large scale commercial, industrial and hotel projects. Relevant transactions include acting on the acquisitions of the Australia Postal Corporation headquarters, Justice Precinct Offices Parramatta, Woolworths’ headquarters Bella Vista, Sheraton on the Park, Sydney, Four Seasons Hotel, Sydney and the Victorian Police Complex.
  • Providing expert advice in relation to investment and management strategies, implementation and financing in the hotels and leisure sector. Routinely acts for hotel and serviced apartment owners and operators in relation to management arrangements.
  • Acting for domestic and international funds and investors in connection with strategic asset management, transactional and project leasing, joint venture arrangements and development participation across the Asia Pacific region.
